The HypnoBirthing philosophy is based in the idea that everyone deserves a peaceful, calm and possibly pain-free birth. This five-week course offers relaxation techniques, breathing practices, language adjustments and evidence-based research to release the fear associated with birth. This comprehensive program will give you the tools to make informed decisions to have the empowered, relaxed, beautiful birth you and your baby deserve.
Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that improves the flow of life force energy through the chakra system. When the body is free of energetic blockages, we have full access to our deeper wisdom and inner guidance. This ancient practice relieves tension, reduces stress and heals physical and emotional pain. Prenatal Reiki has been proven to ease pregnancy symptoms like nausea and morning sickness, reduces stress and anxiety and improves quality of sleep. This relaxation technique prepares mother and baby for birth by practicing deep inner connection and physical softening in the body. Fear and anxiety creates tension in the body and restricts the natural path of birth. Fear-free birth is possible with purpose and preparation.

Brooke is a certified Reiki Master, HypnoBirthing International Educator, E-RYT 500 and Prenatal yoga facilitator, meditation coach and DONA trained doula based in San Diego, CA. She has a degree in bio-psychology which inspires her science-based approach to energetic healing and prenatal education. She is a fierce advocate for birthing people and believes that education is empowerment.
